Providing unforgettable Scouting adventures
Established in 1966, Ransburg Scout Reservation is designed with one goal in mind: providing Scouts with immersive experiences. Over the decades, Ransburg has expanded its offerings to best serve the Scouts of central Indiana. The reservation, which is located along the banks of Lake Monroe, just outside Bloomington, Indiana, offers 17 different program areas, ensuring Scouts can pursue their interests. Over the summer, Ransburg hosts week-long camps for Scouts from all over the country.

From traditional camp activities to advanced programs designed to provide a customized experience, Ransburg offers something for all campers. Programs range from aquatics and communications to shooting sports and ATV adventures.
Ransburg Facilities
Ransburg Scout Reservation is situated within Hoosier National Forest right off Lake Monroe. Camp facilities include a dining hall, health lodge, emergency shelter and a trading post stocked with souvenirs, Scouting items and snacks.
