If your unit is going to be transferring products with another unit, please make sure that you are following this process. Similar to last year all unit product transfers must take place online. The unit that is selling the product will submit the form to the council and the unit receiving the product will receive a confirmation that the transfer has been submitted. Unit product transfer can be conducted here. The deadline to submit Unit Transfers is Sunday, October 29th.
Scouts can sell popcorn year-round! Scouts still earn commission on year-round sales, but only sales during the fall count towards the prize program.

Customers pay for popcorn product + delivery. The product is delivered directly to the customer.
Camp Belzer Additional Product Pick-Up Procedures
Product may be picked up at Camp Belzer on Tuesday, September 19, September 26, October 3 and October 17 from 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
***Only these four Tuesdays in 2017 are available for popcorn pick-up and returns. ***
Product availability is not guaranteed, but an approved reservation ensures that the product you selected will be available on 9/19, 9/26, 10/3 and 10/17. Crossroads of America Council reserves the right to limit product to units who have a substantial amount of product already checked out. District popcorn team members will contact those units with requests that need to be modified.
