Community Partner Activities
Crossroads of America Council partners with several community organizations throughout the year to offer Scout units and families discounted and/or "behind the scenes" experiences at attractions and events. Families are welcome to attend events without their Scouting unit.

2018 Order of the Arrow Spring Fellowship - Game Show Competition
March 16 - 18, 2018 - $30 Admission
Boy Scouts are invited to join their district/chapter in fun wacky versions of our favorite TV gameshows! Activities include the popular game shows Jeopardy, Wheel of Fortune, Price is right, Family Feud, and Minute to Win it, along with dodgeball and euchre tournament. Plus open fellowship with friends!
Easter Egg Hunt @ Camp Belzer
Saturday, March 24, 2018 from 12:30PM - 2:00PM - $5 per participant
Come join us for our Easter egg hunt at camp Belzer. Starting at 12:30 with snacks, games, crafts and more! We have activities for the whole family!
The egg hunt commences at 1:30 and their are plenty of places to search throughout camp.
$5 per person gets you in for both food AND the fun.
Monster Energy Supercross
Join other Scouts at Lucas Oil Stadium on Saturday, March 24 for this exciting racing sport with specialized high performance off-road motorcycles. Scout Night with the Indiana Pacers vs. Miami Heat - Sunday, March 25

Largest Pinewood Derby Track and Best in Show
Come race on the 125' long two and half story track in the entryway of the Indiana State Museum. It is an impressive site! Plus, take part in the best in show if your car is built more for fun than speed. Something for everyone at a great price! More information to come.
Go FishIN - Crew Captain Workshop
April 7, 2018
Crew Captain Workshops are for adults (e.g., educators and Scout leaders) to learn about fish biology, Indiana's aquatic ecosystems, fish management in Indiana, basic angling skills, and angler ethics. Participants will become Crew Captains and can then take this knowledge and these skills to their classrooms and community. Crew Captains also can receive educational materials and fishing equipment to implement the program.
No fishing experience is needed and no fishing license is required during the workshop. All fishing equipment will be provided. Pre-registration is required.

2018 Campout with the Indianapolis Indians at Victory Field
Friday, May 11, 2018 - 7:15PM
Make lasting memories with your Boy/Cub Scout when he spends the night camping on a professional baseball field. Scouts attending will enjoy an Indians vs. Columbus Clippers baseball game, 2018 Scout patch, movie on Victory's Field brand new video board, a snack, and a campout on the perfectly groomed field.
Purchase a discounted Knot Hole Kids Club membership with your scout package and your game ticket is free ($4 upgrade to BOX!). This membership includes:
- Reserved or Lawn ticket to every Indians home game (based on availability).

Camp Kikthawenund Fishing Derby
Join us at Camp Kikthawenund in Frankton, Indiana on Saturday, May 12 to try your hand at fishing. For Cub Scouts and siblings ages 5-10. Must pre-register (limited to 300 participants), $10.00 per participant. Participants receive a limited edition patch. Register Here
Camp Belzer 100th Anniversary Event
Join us on Saturday, June 30th from 1:00 - 4:00 PM for a great day celebrating Camp Belzer's 100th anniversary. Activities include a rededication at 2:00 PM, camp tours and activities for youth. The Museum will be open and a keepsake item will be provided. Food (hot dogs, chips & juice) will be provided.
Cost is $5 per person, $10 for families. No pre-registration needed. Current, past and future staffers, campers and leaders are all invited.
Merit Badge and Advancement Activities
Throughout the year, Crossroads of America Council will host several merit badge and rank advancement opportunities for Boy Scouts and Cub Scouts. Many of these are offered in conjunction with Community Partners such as Microsoft and the Benjamin Harrison Presidential Site, to name a few. Check back often as new activities will be added frequently.
