Friends of Scouting
What is Friends of Scouting (FOS)? FOS is an annual fundraising campaign that gives Scouters, individuals and organizations in the community an opportunity to contribute to Scouting. Contributions help offset the cost of programs and services within the council. For the convenience of all donors, a pledge may be made and paid at specified intervals throughout the year.
FOS is an opportunity for you to give back to the Scouting program. Crossroads of America, BSA is a nonprofit organization that relies on contributions to pay for character development programs, camps, training, servicecenters, professional support and so much more! It costs approximately $175 a year ($17.50 a month) per Scout to offer this year round program.
