2018 CAC Camp Card Sales Program
Our annual unit-level spring fundraising sale will begin on March 1, 2018!

20+ offers on card! (Last year we had 8 offers.)
Retail per card will be $10 with each Scout earning $5/card (last year was $2.50 profit per $5 card).
Extended discount offer expiration dates!
Unit incentive prize drawing for units that do not return any cards!
Extended payment deadline to council!
Two pick-up days at Scout Service Centers (last year we had one day)!

Campcard Sales Timeline
January 17 - February 9
Council will accept initial orders online (to be guaranteed ready by 2/26-2/27 pick-up days)
*Units may order cards online between February 10 - April 6, but unit orders will only be filled twice a week and are not guaranteed to be immediately available.
February 26 & 27
Camp Card pick-up days (8:30 am-6:00 pm at all Council Service Centers)
March 1 - April 13
Camp Card sale dates
Deadline to return unsold Camp Cards (in excellent condition) for unit credit
Full payment due to council service centers (for maximum commission of 50%)
ADDITIONAL FUNDRAISING OPPORTUNITIES
Indianapolis Speedrome has two fundraising opportunities available for packs/troops/crews and/or their adult leaders. Concession stand work is for ADULTS with an alcoholic beverage license and their hourly wage will be deposited directly to their troop/crew account. Post-race clean up work is for any age Scout or Scouter, with Scouts getting service hour credit and Scouters hourly wage deposited directly to pack/troop/crew account. Since this is a non-BSA fundraising activity, the unit MUST submit a BSA fundraising application to Crossroads of America Council for approval.
