The advancement of Scouting in central Indiana would not be possible without the generosity and commitment of thousands of alumni, volunteers, donors, and friends who have been inspired by Scouting's impact on youth and our community.

Make a pledge of support using one of the convenient options below. Contributions are tax-deductible where allowed by law.
Send an email to email@example.com. Include your name, unit affiliation, amount pledged, mailing address, and phone number. A monthly invoice will be mailed to you unless otherwise requested. We ask that all pledges be paid in full by Wednesday, November 30.
Call in a pledge of support to (317) 813-7087, and pay via Visa or MasterCard. Be sure to state that you are in Hou Koda District and give unit affiliation to properly credit your gift.
Pledges with or without payments may be mailed using a pledge card. Simply complete the card and send it to the Golden-Burke Scout Center at 7125 Fall Creek Road North, Indianapolis, IN 46256.
2) Fall Popcorn Sale
Scouting units can earn enough money through the fall popcorn fundraising sale to fund the rest of their Scouting year! Would you like for your Scouts to attend summer camp, participate in Scouting events, and be recognized for their achievements all at no additional cost? Encourage Scouts to sell popcorn! Need new unit equipment? Sell popcorn!
Most unit fundraisers max out at 50% profit and raise funds needed to support the unit. Last year, more than 73% of gross retail popcorn sales were returned to support Scouting – benefiting boys, units, districts, and the council. You can be proud to sell Trail’s End popcorn because the products are delicious and the proceeds benefit everyone.
3) Spring Camp Card Sale
The annual Spring Camp Card sale allows Scout units to raise funds to pay for their summer Scouting program. Camp Cards are discount cards sold for $5 each to the general public. The unit commission is 50% on each card ($2.50). Funds earned from this fundraiser may be used to purchase equipment such as tents and backpacks as well as paying for camp fees. Camp Cards are meant to complement, not take the place of, popcorn sales in the fall.
4) Unit Fundraisers
Each year, thousands of youth depend upon the money earned from unit fundraisers to attend summer camp, pay for annual registration or attend monthly activities. As you're planning your unit's 2017-2018 calendar, don't forget to decide when you'd like to do your 2018 Family Friends of Scouting presentation!
